VANKRA Privacy Policy

Vankra Interactive is the controller of your data (Chamber of Commerce 42121441, VAT NL005511034B68). Privacy questions: privacy@vankra.tv. Legal questions: legal@vankra.tv. Content reports: moderator@vankra.tv.

When creating an account, we store your email address, gamertag, nickname and the device you play on. In addition, we keep the clips, forum posts and chat messages that you post yourself.

• Account and sign-in (email, password, display name) — performance of contract.
• Age check (date of birth, country) and parental consent — legal obligation.
• Showing clips, posts, votes and chat and linking them to you — performance of contract.
• Account and service emails (confirmation, password reset, welcome) — performance of contract.
• Handling reports, preventing abuse and security — legitimate interest and legal obligation (Digital Services Act).
• AI help for clip copy, only when you use it — performance of contract.

Your gamertag, nickname and public clips and messages are visible to other visitors. Your email address and settings are only visible to yourself.

Your public profile and content are visible to other visitors. Moderators see reports and the reported content. The processors listed below handle data on our behalf. Authorities receive data only when the law requires it. We never sell data.

• Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated, Sweden) — website hosting, database, clip storage and email delivery via Lovable Cloud.
• Supabase Inc. (USA) — database technology and sign-in within Lovable Cloud.
• Cloudflare Inc. (USA) — website delivery and security.
• Amazon Web Services (USA/EU) — underlying servers and email infrastructure.
• Google and other AI model providers via the Lovable AI Gateway — only the text you enter for clip-copy AI help.

For processors outside the EEA, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework apply.

We keep account data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile and content are erased immediately. Reports and moderation decisions are kept for up to 2 years to allow appeals and meet legal obligations.

• Access and portability: download your data under Account → Data & account.
• Rectification: edit your profile yourself on the account page.
• Erasure: delete your account yourself, or email privacy@vankra.tv.
• Restriction and objection: email privacy@vankra.tv; we reply within one month.
• Withdraw consent: at any time, including parental consent.
• Complaint: you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or the authority in your own country.

You must meet your country's minimum age (13 to 16, default 16) to create an account. If you are above that minimum but under 16, we ask for a parent's or guardian's email address and their consent at sign-up. Parents can request access or deletion via privacy@vankra.tv.

VANKRA uses necessary cookies and local browser storage for your sign-in session, security, language, appearance, cookie choice and voting-guide preference. There are currently no advertising or analytics cookies. Your cookie choice is stored for 180 days; other preferences remain until you change them or clear browser storage. Your session may refresh while you remain signed in. Fonts are served by VANKRA, not Google. We use Lovable Cloud for accounts and media. Necessary storage is not advertising consent; any future optional storage stays off until you give separate permission.
