See something that breaks the rules? Report it. Under the EU Digital Services Act we handle every report carefully and tell you what we did.
How to report
Use the Report button on a clip, topic or reply. Or email moderator@vankra.tv with a link, why you think it's not allowed, your name and email, and a statement that your report is accurate.
What happens next
We confirm your report, review it within 7 days (serious or illegal content as fast as possible) and tell you the outcome. The creator is told why if we remove something.
Appeals
Disagree with a decision? Appeal within 6 months via moderator@vankra.tv. You can also go to a certified dispute body or court.
Illegal content
If we suspect a crime that threatens someone's life or safety, we alert the police.
