Copyright
Copyright and complaints
Creators keep the copyright to their own clips. By uploading you allow VANKRA to show and distribute your content on the site. Think someone is using your work without permission? Follow this procedure.
Filing a complaint
Email copyright@vankra.tv with subject "Copyright" and include: your name and contact details, which work of yours it is, the link to the clip, a statement that you act in good faith and gave no permission, and a statement that you own the rights or act on the owner's behalf.
What we do
With a complete complaint we take the clip down quickly and tell the uploader why.
Counter-notice
Clip removed by mistake? Send a counter-notice to copyright@vankra.tv with the link, why you have the right to use it and your contact details. We forward it to the complainant and may restore the clip if they take no legal action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are banned.
